Council of Faculty of Law, Alexandria University approved the request from the researcher, "Ahmed Mohamed Mamdouh Draz" to get a doctorate degree, under the supervision of Dr. "Mohamed Refaat Abdel Wahab" and the approval of Department of Public Law and the Committee of Graduate Studies.
