Council of the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University approved the request from the researcher, "Nasr Mohammed Abdel Qader" to get a doctorate degree, under the supervision of Dr. "Mohammed Bahy AbuYounis" and the approval of the Department of Public Law and the Committee of Graduate Studies.
