Council of the Faculty of Law- University of Alexandria recently approved the request submitted by the researcher, "Radwa Reda Hasan Al Ramady" to be awarded a doctoral degree in law in the topic, "سلطة محكمة النقض بين الواقع والمنطق والقانون- دراسة مقارنة بين النظامين اللاتيني والانجلو أمريكي" under the supervision of Dr. "Talat Dwedar" and approved by the Department of Procedural Law and Graduate Studies Committee.
