The Council of the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University agreed, recently to grant master's degree to the researcher, "Abdel-Moneim Sobhy, under the supervision of Dr." Majid Ragheb El Helw "and the approval of Department of Public Law and the Committee of Graduate Studies.
