Council of the Faculty of Law at the University of Alexandria approved the request submitted by the researcher, "Mohamed El Saadi" to get a doctorate degree under the supervision of Dr. "Mohamed Refaat Abdul Wahab"; as well as the approval of the Department of Public Law & Committee of Graduate Studies.
