Council of the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University approved the request from the researcher "Hany Abdel Mola Abdel Aziz" to get a doctorate degree in "The effectiveness of the protection of the public prosecution for possession ", under the supervision of Dr. "Ahmed Awad Hendy and the approval of Civil Law Department and Committee of Graduate Studies.
