Council of the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University, recently approved to grant a doctoral degree to the researcher, "Haval Sediq Ismail," on the topic "التحكيم التجارى كوسيلة لتسوية منازعات الاستثمار ودوره فى تشجيع الاستثمار الاجنبى فى النظام القانونى العراقى– دراسة تحليلية مقارنة" under the supervision of Dr. "Talat Dewidar" with the approval of the Department of Procedural Law and Graduate Studies Committee.
