Council of the Faculty of Law- University of Alexandria recently approved the request submitted by the researcher, "Mahmoud Jamal Mahmoud" to be awarded a doctoral degree in law in the topic, "الوظيفة الرقابية للبرلمان في النظام الدستوري المصري والمقارن" under the supervision of Dr. "Mohamed Bahi Abu Younis" with the approval of Department of Public Law and Graduate Studies Committee.
